WRC constantly evaluates all our products and will provided clear and reasonable warnings for products that can expose consumers to a listed chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. California Proposition 65 warnings will appear on the product/packaging itself, within the manuals, and/or on our Website and will generally look like the example below.
As the California Proposition 65 list of chemicals is updated, WRC will take into account these updates and modify the status of our products accordingly to meet any new requirements of California Proposition 65.

WRC Conflict Minerals Supply Chain Statement
Although Western Reserve Controls, Inc. (WRC) is a privately held company and therefore not required under the law to report on conflict minerals, WRC is committed to high ethical standards and social responsibility and fully supports Congress’s efforts to eliminate the financing of extreme violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Although WRC does not purchase tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold directly, they may exist in the materials and components we buy. Therefore, in support of Congress’s goal, we are also working with our suppliers to responsibly purchase the materials and components we use in our products.
We expect the same supply chain transparency and practices from our suppliers. Our suppliers are expected to investigate the source and chain of custody of conflict minerals in the products they provide to us, to disclose their information on due diligence to us on request, and to purchase minerals from responsible sources that do not contribute to human rights abuses in the DRC region. We will work with our suppliers on a case by case basis to meet these goals.
