•  Increase PLC capabilities using individual 3 amp fuse outputs, with optional on/off/auto switch module
•  Save money using pre-fabricated cable harnesses, removable termination panels, simplified installation and even terminating field wiring directly on W1492 Field Termination Panels
•  Add Flexibility using fewer PLC cards and letting the signal conditioning relays handle the isolation and different voltage levels needed for your application
•  Save PLC rack space by using higher density PLC I/O cards such as 32-point digital cards or standardized 0-10 Vdc analog cards • Save panel space using STACKEMUP™ mounting brackets or select the easy DIN-Mount version

COMMON SPECIFICATIONS:

•  Spare fuse included
•  Integral fuse tester
•  Power indicator
•  20 or 40-pin header connector for direct connection to Rockwell Automation SLC/PLC/LOGIX I/O Cards using Allen-Bradley’s xxx series wiring harnesses
•  Terminal block accepts insulated wires with stripped ends or ferrules
  •  AWG10 through AWG 28
  •  6.0 mm2 max rated cross section for single solid wire
  •  4.0 mm2 max rated cross section for stranded wire or ferrules
  •  Finger safe terminal blocks
•  Digital I/O accepts WRC4 series I/O modules
•  Analog I/O accepts WRC7 nonisolated or 1781-7B isolated analog signal conditioning module
•  Logic power either from I/O card or terminal block on the Field Termination Panel
