WRC Customer Return Procedures

Goods may not be returned for credit without WRC's prior written consent and may be subject to a Twenty percent (20%) restocking charge.

Such credit is issued for Buyer's use towards future purchases.

All transportation charges for returned Goods are the responsibility of Buyer.

Returned Goods are subject to WRC inspection and will not be considered for acceptance for credit unless they are

(i) in WRC's sole discretion in "like new" condition, and

(ii) returned to WRC within 60 days from the date of shipment.

Buyer hereby agrees that it shall not debit WRC's account for any return, regardless of the reason for such return unless agreed to by WRC.

First, email support@wrcakron.com listing the product and reason for return.

After you have received WRC's written consent, please download, print and complete the Return Authorization form

1. Return to WRC with a copy of this RMA form as the packing list copy.
2. Mark the RMA# on the outside of the shipping carton.
3. Merchandise returned must be in original packaging, unused and
in re-saleable condition.
4.ALL PARTS MUST BE SHIPPED IN ANTI-STATIC PACKAGING OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
5. All customer part mumbers and markings must be removed before returning to WRC.
6. Merchandise must be returned FREIGHT PREPAID.
7. Credit will be issued upon receipt of the material subject to inspection and
quantity verification by our receiving department.
